Our Dexter beef is fully grass fed and finished. We do not add hormones or antibiotics into their feed.   Dexter Cattle are smaller bovine, therefore steaks are smaller sized.  Portions are ideal for health conscious consumers.  Another advantage of smaller cattle is that the beef takes less freezer space and less up front cost for a half or whole beef!  We also have the option of 12 pound variety bundles or ground beef by the pound. Email us, or click the appropriate page link above for pricing.
